“At last conference I met Lan Nguyen from Success Accounting group. I was looking for a way to reduce my accounting and bookkeeping fees and also get some better proactive service. It seems Lan was the one I needed so I decided to take a risk and change that week. My old accountant was charging me $6352 p.a. The same service by Success Accounting is $4620. Saving = $1732! Lan was eager to look at our expenses overall and see where she can save us money, minimise tax and put more profit in my pocket. We have a substantial mortgage and the first thing Lan did was to ask what rate we were paying. 5.56%. I think we can do better than that she says! Let me get someone to contact you. Pretty soon I had a rep offering us 4.7%. I also needed additional finance to build our new studio, so they said they would pay for the valuation (my current bank charged me $880 for the valuation!) and give a $700 cashback to cover any changeover costs. I have just got word that the valuation was all good for the amount we needed and they have approved the loan. That difference in interest on the original loan amount is a saving of about $8000 a year!! So I am up $9732. We are also about to lease a car. Again she had someone call me who offered a way better rate for the lease payments. Another saving of around $1000 p.a. I love good proactive customer service and I have to say that so far Im pretty impressed and also excited about what is to come.”
